Role Description The Intern – Market Development role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the company’s growth initiatives and market expansion efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research on target industries and regions, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client use. The intern will help maintain prospect databases, support outreach activities, and collaborate with the sales and consulting teams on marketing and business development campaigns. Additional tasks may include monitoring competitor activity, contributing to customer service follow-ups, and participating in virtual meetings to coordinate ongoing projects. This role provides hands-on experience in market development while working closely with experienced consultants in a remote setting.

• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data gathering, desk research, and basic competitive analysis.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for virtual collaboration, report writing, and client-focused messaging.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Customer Service skills to support outreach, lead nurturing, and client interactions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online collaboration platforms).
• Interest in business consulting, marketing, or market development; prior coursework or projects in related fields are an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
