About the Opportunity

Fragments of Faith Co. LLC is seeking a creative, dependable, and motivated Marketing & Author Support Intern to join our growing team.

This internship is designed for someone who wants hands-on experience in social media, marketing, book promotion, content development, audience engagement, and small-business operations.

The intern will work directly with the owner and receive guidance, feedback, and hands-on training while assisting with real marketing projects and promotional activities.

This is an opportunity to learn, contribute, build experience, and demonstrate your skills in a growing author-based business.

What You'll Help With

• Assist with social media posts and scheduling
• Help develop captions and content ideas
• Research social media trends and creative content opportunities
• Engage with followers and online communities
• Track basic social media engagement
• Assist with promoting published books and author content
• Help repurpose existing content for social media
• Research podcasts, book festivals, speaking opportunities, churches, ministries, and other promotional opportunities
• Assist with giveaways, campaigns, and special projects
• Maintain simple marketing spreadsheets and tracking information
• Assist with organizing marketing resources
• Participate in brainstorming and planning
• Bring creative ideas to the table

What Makes This Internship Different?

This position will have similar exposure to marketing and author-support functions as other positions within the company, but it is specifically structured as a learning and development opportunity.

The intern will receive more direct guidance and training from the owner while developing the ability to eventually work more independently.

Internship Details

Pay: $12/hour
Hours: Approximately 5 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible
Length: September–December 2026
Weekly Check-In: Saturday

This is a temporary four-month paid internship with the possibility of continued employment beginning in January 2027.

Continued employment is not guaranteed and will be based on performance, growth, reliability, business needs, and overall fit.
