Intern, Marketing

The Marketing Intern will support the PUMA Malaysia Marketing team across day-to-day marketing operations, influencer and social media activities, campaign and event execution, and reporting. The role will provide hands-on exposure to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives while supporting the team with administrative and coordination tasks.

Your Mission:

1. Marketing Operations Support

• Track and maintain marketing spending, invoices and Purchase Orders.
• Support administrative and coordination tasks for the marketing team.
• Maintain accurate records and trackers.

2. Influencers and Social Media Support

• Support influencer seeding and product distribution.
• Prepare supporting materials for product launches.
• Track influencer posts and engagement and compile regular reports.

3. Influencer Discovery & Partnerships

• Research and Identify relevant influencers and content creators for PUMA.
• Support the team in evaluating potential collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain an updated database of relevant influencers and creators.

4. Campaign & Event Support

• Support the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns and events.
• Assist with campaign preparation, logistics and on-ground activities.
• Propose ideas and contribute to marketing initiatives.

5. Reporting & Ad Hoc Marketing Support

• Prepare and maintain marketing reports, presentations and trackers.
• Support the marketing team on ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Your Talent:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising

IT Skills: PowerPoint

Language Skills: English both writing and speaking
