Intern - Marketing

Role Overview:

The Marketing Intern supports the marketing and audience engagement efforts of the Jeffrey Cheah Performing Arts Centre through content creation, campaign coordination, and event promotions. This role provides exposure to arts marketing, digital communications, and brand activation within the performing arts industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns for performances, events, and venue initiatives.
• Support social media management, including content scheduling, copywriting, and engagement monitoring.
• Assist in the coordination of marketing materials such as posters, EDMs, videos, and website updates.
• Support event promotion activities, media coordination, and community engagement initiatives.
• Assist in compiling campaign reports, audience insights, and engagement data.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
• Provide on-ground support during performances, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Performing Arts, or related field.
• Strong interest in arts, entertainment, and event marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design/content tools is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
