Intern – Marketing Communication (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Support

• Assist with content preparation and coordination for social media and other communications channels.
• Support the collection and consolidation of social media performance data for reporting and analysis.
• Conduct research and contribute ideas to support content planning and audience engagement.
• Assist in preparation for new publicity channel for the company.

2. Website & Digital Communications

• Assist with reviewing, updating, and maintaining website content.
• Support content localization and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Help monitor website performance and support ongoing digital and AI-related improvements.

3. Communications Projects & Initiatives

• Provide research, coordination, and implementation support for communications projects.
• Assist with organizing communications materials and digital assets.
• Support the exploration and testing of digital tools, including AI and automation, to improve team workflows.

4. Communications Activities & Team Support

• Assist with coordinating meetings, visits, events, and other communications activities.
• Support information sharing, documentation, and follow-up across team projects.
• Provide additional operational and ad-hoc support as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Interest in digital communications and willingness to learn new tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support a variety of team activities.
• English and Chinese language proficiency would be an advantage.
