Intern - Media Operation/Admin PR

About the role

HFU CAPITAL GROUP BERHAD is looking for a motivated Operations Intern to support the day-to-day administrative and operational work of our team. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience across office operations, business documentation, and process improvement in a growing investment holding company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the adoption of new technologies, operating systems, and business processes across departments
• Help coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
• Support communication with customers, vendors, and suppliers, and learn how to handle enquiries and negotiations professionally
• Help schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel itineraries
• Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers in English and Mandarin, as needed
• Prepare and update documents using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office, including Excel; assist with basic design tasks using Adobe software where needed

About you

• A current student or recent graduate interested in operations, business administration, or a related area
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin stakeholder.
• Comfortable using PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Excel; basic knowledge of Adobe design software is an advantage
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude and attention to detail
• Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
