Intern of Human Resources

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

INTERNS' DUTIES:

• Update candidate information in the database.
• Translate job descriptions as needed.
• Post job vacancies, review CVs, and prepare shortlists.
• Contact candidates to schedule interviews.
• Assist with the onboarding process.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Support employer branding activities if needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Intern fulltime for 4-6 months.
• Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources/ Marketing/ Business/ Economics/ Finance/ Commerce/ Hospitality/ Foreign Languages/ or other related fields.
• Organized, confident, and detail-oriented.
• Bonus if you have skills in content creation, editing, or photography.
• Interested in Human Resources field.
• Proficient in English.

WORKING LOCATION: Savills Hanoi Office at 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center Ha Noi, 54 Lieu Giai Street, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi, Vietnam

WORKING HOURS: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday)
