• Technical support for related technical application and escalation support by mechanical design 通过机械设计提供技术应用和升级的技术支持
• Provide technical specification and solution for customer projects 提供客户项目的技术规范和解决方案
• Generate new ideas and new solution proposal to customer special requirement and Technical Issues in existing product. 针对客户的特殊要求和现有产品的技术问题提出新的解决方案
• Across and take roles of technology interface with Linnich GE&A for technology strategy and special customer requirement and solutions 负责与总部的技术对接工作，负责技术策略、特殊客户需求和解决方案
• Drive and Lead DFEMA, Risk Analysis and root cause analysis for technical solution 驱动和领导设计失效模式分析，风险分析和根本原因分析，提供技术解决方案

任职资格:

• Bachelor’s degree or above 本科及以上学历
• Mechanical Engineering or related field 机械工程相关领域
• Familiar with SolidWorks design software 熟练使用 SolidWorks 设计软件
• Good knowledge at material properties, manufacturing process especially machining and heat treatment 了解材料特性，制造工艺和特殊加工及热处理
• Good English speaking and writing 优秀的英语听说写作能力
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset 优秀的问题分析和解决能力
• Good communication skills 优秀的沟通能力
• Continuous self-improvement 具有自我提升意识
