JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and proactive intern to join our team in the Operations departments. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to multiple facets of the business. The intern will assist with day-to-day tasks, contribute to key projects, and learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic work environment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop a well-rounded skill set and enhance their knowledge in operations.

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Tasks:

• Follow up on quotations to ensure timely responses and approvals.

• Support sales control processes, ensuring orders are processed and tracked accurately.

• Assist in the management and updating of the EPR & EPICOR system to ensure smooth operations.

• Conduct cost analysis to monitor and control operational expenses.

• Perform market reviews to assess trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

• Monitor shipment statuses and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must be degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields

• Minimum CGPA of 3.2 and above.

• Internship duration of at least 3 months (final-year students preferred). Opportunity to convert to permanent staff based on performance and attitude.

• Must be willing to work in Bukit Minyak, Penang.

• Strong communication, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel formulas), Canva, Google Forms, or ERP system software.

• Responsible, committed, independent, and detail-oriented.

• Passion for Operations and business process improvement.

• Positive attitude, proactive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skill.

• Internship report must be submitted for management review before presenting it to the school.
