Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be working with the training team in Aviation Catering environment. You will be exposed to processes in Food Business as well in Aviation. You are required to be :

1. Learning and understanding how machinery and processes work.

2. Reviewing and giving suggestion on improvement to work processes

3. Creating guide on machinery for junior staff to refer to or to prepare job aids for staff

4. Be willing to communicate with operations team.

5. Learning to create videos on how the machineries work using different tools.

6. Carry out any duties as required by supervisor

Key Requirements

You are best equipped for this role if you :

1. Develop a strong grasp of the company's operations, products or services to understand customer needs and provide solutions

2. Are interested in develop skills which is adaptable and transferable in training industry

3. Meticulous

4. Willing to interact with ground staff
