WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Apoiar o acompanhamento das filas operacionais, monitorando volumes de contestações, produtividade, SLA e possíveis desvios.
• Auxiliar na análise dos processos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, retrabalhos, gargalos e possíveis causas de ineficiência.
• Apoiar a organização e atualização de materiais relacionados às regras Visa e Mastercard, procedimentos internos e alterações de processos.
• Apoiar a elaboração de apresentações, indicadores e reportes gerenciais, consolidando resultados, principais ofensores, causas-raiz, ações em andamento, responsáveis e prazos.
• Contribuir para a organização e acompanhamento dos planos de ação e iniciativas de melhoria contínua da área.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Raciocínio analítico
• Excel e facilidade com dados
• Organização e atenção aos detalhes
• Curiosidade e capacidade de investigar problemas
• Comunicação e capacidade de síntese
• Estar cursando Administração, eng. de dados, economia, estatística, ciência de dados ou sistemas da informação.

Desirable Requirements:

• Excel intermediário, especialmente tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas e tratamento de dados.
• PowerPoint, para construção e organização de apresentações.
• Conhecimento ou interesse em Power BI será diferencial.
• Interesse por análise de dados, indicadores e melhoria de processos.
• Conhecimento de IAs (desejável)
