Position Title: Intern - Payroll Operations
Location: India - Gurgaon
Duration : 6 months

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the team in day-to-day operational, reporting, and analytical activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills, basic analytical capabilities, and good communication skills. Exposure to SQL and macro creation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards using Advanced Excel
• Perform data analysis and support business reporting activities
• Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and process documentation
• Support automation initiatives using SQL queries and macros where applicable
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection and operational support
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Formulas and functions
• Data handling and reporting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of industry/business operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL coding
• Exposure to Macro/VBA creation and automation
• Basic understanding of reporting and data analysis tools

Qualification

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong academic background preferred
