Join our Malaysia People Team as a People Experience Intern — where you’ll get hands-on exposure to the heart of what makes foodpanda an amazing place to work! From day one, you’ll dive into real-life HR initiatives that bring our culture to life — from planning fun engagement events and wellness activities to curating meaningful employee experiences. Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs that promote positive experience, satisfaction, and team spirit across the organization.
- Assist in internal communication initiatives — help craft engaging messages, newsletters, and visuals that showcase our company culture.
- Work closely with the People Team to bring creative ideas to life that strengthen workplace culture and foster a sense of belonging.
- Contribute fresh ideas and feedback to enhance employee wellbeing and overall experience — creativity is highly encouraged!
- Help track and compile data to measure the success and impact of our engagement programs.
- Support initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity, ensuring every Panda feels valued and included.
