Role Overview
We are looking for a People Services Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR activities, employee services, HR systems, reporting, and stakeholder management, providing a strong foundation in HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, HRMS updates, background verification, and exit formalities.
• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and employee services.
• Manage requests through the HR ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and data analysis using Excel.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and service delivery.
