Intern PMO

Redstar Technologies is looking for a Computer Science or IT graduate who wants to start a career in project management inside a software company. You’ll sit with our PMO team and see how real software projects are planned, tracked, and delivered. Interns who perform well will be considered for a full-time PMO position.

Responsibilities

• Track sprints, backlogs, and task progress in tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Prepare status updates, meeting minutes, and simple project trackers
• Follow up with developers and QA on pending tasks and deadlines
• Keep project documentation organized and up to date
• Join standups, sprint planning, and review meetings, and record action items
• Flag delays or blockers to the PMO team early
• Support the PMO team with day-to-day coordination work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related IT field (graduates only)
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and how dev teams work
• Awareness of Agile/Scrum concepts (sprints, backlogs, standups)
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and Docs
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at following up
• Genuine interest in project management or PMO as a career
• Able to work onsite at G-13/4, Islamabad

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Academic or personal projects where you worked in a team

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
