About the Role:

As an Intern Procurement Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Procurement Officer to support the end-to-end purchasing process. You’ll learn how a luxury restaurant manages vendor relationships, inventory sourcing, and procurement documentation—perfect for students studying Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Hotel & Restaurant Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and updating purchase requests and purchase orders
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock checking
• Help coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain proper documentation of procurement records and receipts
• Assist in checking deliveries for accuracy and quality
• Support vendor accreditation and database management
• File and organize physical and digital procurement documents
• Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by the team

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related course
• Must be enrolled in an internship or OJT program
• Detail-oriented and has basic knowledge of procurement principles
• Familiarity with inventory systems or MS Excel is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willing to work in Pasay City
