Job Description - Procurement Intern

Primary Focus: Procurement Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Procurement Team in preparing Purchase Orders (PO), purchase requisitions, and other purchasing documents.
• Maintain and update supplier information, purchasing records, and procurement tracking reports.
• Assist in checking invoices, delivery orders, and other supporting documents against Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and relevant teams on purchasing matters.
• Assist in filing, documentation, and maintaining proper procurement records for audit purposes.
• Perform data entry and prepare daily or monthly procurement reports.
• Carry out other administrative and procurement-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willing to learn, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to commit to the internship period required by the institution.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant administrative experience may also be considered.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
