Purpose of the job;

As part of the SAP system development and implementation project, the intern is responsible for supporting the Procurement team in both administrative and operational tasks.

Key Accountabilities

Ø  Assisting SME in preparing training materials for the new SAP system, including documentation, user guides, and presentation slides.

Ø  Supporting administrative tasks related to the SAP implementation project, such as organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and consolidating information.

Ø  Assisting in data entry and input of procurement-related information into the SAP system to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Ø  Providing general support to the Procurement team during system testing, training preparation, and implementation stages.

Ø  Helping coordinate and track documentation and workflows related to procurement processes under the new SAP system.

Ø  Support special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and other procurement or SAP-related assignments as directed by the Procurement Manager from time to time.

What do we look for?

·            Currently pursuing in degree program (Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Purchasing,  Business Administration, Logistics Management).

·            Proficient communication skill in both Bahasa Melayu and English.

·            Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel).

·            Internship duration 6 months and above, to commence in October 2026.

·            Exposure to project based work or group assignment
