Responsibilities

• Support the planning and improvement of digital products, mobile apps and web experiences.
• Understand user needs and turn them into clear user stories and tasks.
• Help organise the product backlog and follow up on actions and milestones.
• Test new features, record issues clearly and track fixes with the team.
• Use feedback and simple data to suggest a better customer experience.

Requirements

• Education: Pursuing a Polytechnic Diploma in IT, FinTech, business information systems, digital design, computer science or a related field.
• Skills: Strong Communication and Presentation skills; Agile, UX or data exposure being a plus.
• Interest: Curious about digital products, technology and better customer experiences.
• Mindset: Keen to learn, open to feedback and ready to take ownership.
• Teamwork: Enjoys sharing ideas, supporting others and working together.
