Intern Production & Operations Data Management

• Assist in managing daily production and operations data using the company’s SQL system.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
• Check production reports to ensure data is accurate and complete.
• Assist with data entry, data compilation, filing and documentation.
• Monitor production output, productivity, downtime and other operational data.
• Prepare basic reports, charts and summaries for management review.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and highlight it to the person in charge.
• Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems.
• Support Kaizen, PDCA and other process improvement activities.
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Production & Operations team.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree student in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Data Management, Information Technology or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering and basic formulas).
• Basic understanding of data management and reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL/database systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
• Organized and systematic in managing documents and information.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive in identifying data or reporting errors.
• Willing to learn SQL, production systems and manufacturing processes.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of company information.
