Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to conduct a deep-dive ecosystem scoping exercise within the economic growth vertical. This role involves identifying key thinkers, experts, and influencers shaping Indias economic discourse and developing a structured approach to prioritize engagement with them. The insights generated will inform our outreach to potential institution-builders and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Mapping Research and compile a list of economists, policymakers, academics, and thought leaders who influence economic growth discussions (books, op-eds, panels, policy papers). - This will be a large part of the work of the intern
• Prioritization Framework Develop a smart mechanism to rank and filter key individuals based on relevance, impact, and alignment with TCFs mission.
• Strategic Insights Analyze the landscape to identify potential candidates for incubating organizations or leading high-impact projects.

Who Should Apply

• Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to synthesize large amounts of information.
• Interest in economic policy, growth strategies, and institution-building in India.
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and develop structured prioritization frameworks.
• Previous experience in research, consulting, public policy, or similar domains is a plus.
