Quality Control (QC) Intern

We are looking for a motivated Quality Control (QC) Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in food quality, safety, and production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily quality checks on raw materials, WIP, and finished products.
• Monitor food quality, temperature, packaging, labelling, and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements.
• Assist with QC documentation, checklists, and records.
• Report any non-conformance, product defects, or hygiene issues.
• Support internal inspections and other QC/QA activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, Halal Management, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and quality control is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a central kitchen/food production environment.
• Fresh students with no working experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 per month
