Job Description – Regulatory Affairs Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Job Purpose

To assist the Regulatory Affairs team in maintaining regulatory compliance for nutraceutical, food, and wellness products and support documentation, label review, product registration, and regulatory research.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining regulatory documents and product dossiers.
• Support review of product labels, artworks, ingredients, claims, nutrition information, and declarations as per applicable regulations.
• Conduct regulatory research on ingredients, formulations, claims, and product categories.
• Assist in checking compliance requirements under FSSAI and applicable nutraceutical regulations.
• Support preparation and compilation of documents required for product registration/approvals.
• Maintain regulatory trackers, databases, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with R&D/NPD, QA/QC, Production, and other teams for required regulatory information.
• Assist in reviewing Certificates of Analysis (COA), specifications, technical documents, and supporting data.
• Support regulatory submissions, renewals, amendments, and follow-ups under guidance of the RA team.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation and version control.
• Perform any other regulatory-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Food Technology, Food Science, Nutraceuticals, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Freshers and students/recent graduates interested in Regulatory Affairs may apply.
• Basic knowledge of FSSAI/nutraceutical regulations will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹7,000.00 per month
