Intern Recruiter & People Development

About the role

This is an internship position in Recruitment & People Development within Human Resources. You will be directly involved in the recruitment process and support various employee development programs within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Help with sourcing and candidate search through various recruitment platforms
• Conduct CV screening and match candidates with position requirements
• Help contact and conduct initial communication with candidates
• Schedule and assist with interview, assessment, and other recruitment stages
• Help with administration and documentation of the recruitment process
• Update and monitor candidate database
• Assist with implementation of employee training and development programs
• Help prepare administrative needs and training materials
• Monitor attendance and participation of training participants
• Support evaluation of training and development activities

About you

• Active student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, or related field
• Interest in Recruitment and People Development
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative abilities
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets
• Proactive with high willingness to learn and ability to work with targets/deadlines
• Willing to follow the internship program according to the company's specified period
