Internship Openings — 2026 Intake

The Overthink Co. is a Malaysian wellness and personal care brand known for the Shower with oil and Hibis Kiss Aged EDP franchises — Japanese-formulated, Halal-certified, and vegan. 2026 is our biggest year yet: a new flagship store on Petaling Street, major brand collaborations, and a fast-growing presence across Instagram, TikTok, and RedNote. Interns here work on live campaigns and real operations, not coffee runs.

About the role

OVT just opened its second flagship store on Petaling Street, KL, alongside a Shopify-first ecommerce operation spanning Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role sits at the engine room of the business inventory, orders, store operations, and the data behind it all.

What you'll do

• Support daily store operations at the Petaling Street flagship: stock replenishment, visual merchandising upkeep, and opening/closing SOPs.

• Assist with ecommerce order operations across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop: order processing, fulfilment coordination with our 3PL warehouse, and returns handling.

• Maintain inventory accuracy: stock counts, transfer documentation, and stockout/overstock flagging.

• Pull and organise weekly sales data from POS and marketplace dashboards for reporting.

• Support retail events and activations at the flagship store (guest management, setup, stock prep).

• Assist with retail partner coordination and documentation as we expand into department store channels.

Who we're looking for

• Diploma/Degree student or fresh grad in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, you can do VLOOKUP and pivot tables, or learn them fast.

• Detail-oriented and reliable: inventory work punishes carelessness.

• Willing to travel between Shah Alam HQ and the KL flagship; occasional weekend event support (replacement leave given).
