What they need
- Assist customers in completing application forms and ensure all information is accurate, complete, and compliant with company requirements.
- Prepare and issue quotations.
- Assist in tracking accounts receivable status and sending payment reminder emails.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing events, including data collection, market research, and related administrative support.
- Assist in using Excel for basic data organization, analysis, and report preparation.
- Available to work at least three days per week.
- Able to cooperate with the school in signing an internship agreement.
