INTERN (SITE STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING)

Position: Intern – Site Structural Engineering
Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Engineer in supervising structural construction works.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Attend site inspections, toolbox meetings, and coordination meetings.
• Assist in checking reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and other structural activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Assist in material inspections and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with project schedule and site safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of structural drawings and construction methods.
• Able to read engineering drawings and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on construction sites.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Possess own transportation is an advantage.
