About the Program

PBACO's Summer 2027 Internship Program offers current college students hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Interns are treated as contributing members of the team — you'll take on real projects, present your work to leadership, and build a professional network in South Florida.

Program highlights:

• Based at our West Palm Beach office

• 10–12 week program running May–August 2027 (flexible start dates to accommodate academic calendars)

• Dedicated mentor and structured onboarding

• End-of-summer capstone presentation to company leadership

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's or master's degree program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership through campus involvement, work experience, or volunteer activities

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Able to work on-site in West Palm Beach, FL for the duration of the program
