⭐ Good in using MS Office (Excel, Word)
Position Summary
Intern to support Planning & Procurement operations, to achieve for operation efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for job orders & PR printing & processing
- Inventory checking and monitoring
- Production Loading Plan arrangement
- Sub-Contractors delivery & waste disposal arrangement & monitoring
- Daily stocks declaration to OEM
- Suppliers’ delivery arrangement & monitoring
- Shipping Documents Follow Up
- Monthly KPI Update
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
- minimum Diploma in any field.
Competencies
- Good communication skills
- Good in excel
- Good handling documentation & reports
