• Support system validation tests and system development activities under supervision, including preparation of test materials, execution support, observation recording, and follow-up of assigned actions. 在指导下支持系统验证测试和系统开发活动，包括测试材料准备、执行支持、观察记录以及分配任务的跟进。
• Assist in documenting validation tests in a complete, accurate, and timely manner according to company procedures and supervisor instructions. 根据公司流程和主管要求，协助完整、准确、及时地记录验证测试过程。
• Collect test data, organize results, and perform basic analysis to support engineers in identifying trends, abnormalities, and potential risks. 收集测试数据、整理结果并进行基础分析，支持工程师识别趋势、异常和潜在风险。
• Learn the basic interaction of sleeve production, filling machine, forming and sealing, and sleeve/filler interface areas to build systematic understanding of the combibloc system. 学习套管生产、灌装机、成型密封以及套管/灌装机接口区域之间的基本相互作用，逐步建立对combibloc系统的系统性理解。
• Support troubleshooting activities by preparing information, checking facts, recording problem-solving steps, and following instructions from experienced engineers or supervisors. 通过准备信息、核对事实、记录问题解决步骤，并按照资深工程师或主管的指导，支持故障排除活动。
• Participate in assigned internal meetings and technical discussions, communicate observations clearly, and ask questions proactively to accelerate learning. 参加指定的内部会议和技术讨论，清晰沟通观察结果，并主动提问以加快学习。
• Cooperate closely with colleagues from Quality Assurance, R&D, GE&A, production, and other related departments during validation and improvement activities. 在验证和改进活动中，与质量保证、研发、GE&A、生产及其他相关部门同事密切合作。
• Support field test and roll-out activities when assigned, mainly focusing on preparation, data recording, sample handling, and communication of factual findings. 根据安排支持现场测试和推广活动，重点负责准备工作、数据记录、样品处理以及事实性发现的沟通。
• Complete special tasks or assignments given by the supervisor within the scope of company interests and personal capability development. 在公司利益和个人能力发展范围内，完成主管安排的专项任务。
• Strictly follow company EHS instructions and directions, ensure personal occupational health and safety, and support a safe working environment for colleagues. 严格遵守公司的EHS政策和规定，确保本人职业健康安全，并支持同事的安全工作环境。 要求： 1. 本科学历，机械类相关专业。至少英语6级，口语和听力能用于工作和外国人沟通。 2. 可以是2026年或者2027年的毕业生，学校成绩前20% 3. 对大型设备的测试、验证工作感兴趣，有好奇心，有强的学习能力，适应能力、沟通能力、理解能力。
