Your role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is eager to learn, hustle and take on new challenges in a fast paced environment.

• You will be directly involved in finding and hiring top talent and learning the end to end recruitment lifecycle

• Source and screen candidates

• Assist in end to end recruitment

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

About You:

• Fresher - 1 year of experience

• Passionate about making a career in Talent Acquisition

• Energetic, dynamic, self motivated with a go getter attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to learn, take ownership and work in a fast paced environment

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• MBA / BBA / Any Graduate in HR or related field is a plus but not mandatory - your attitude matters more!
