Responsibilities

• Recruit for entry-level profiles in operations, sales, marketing and software development.
• Stakeholder management - collecting hiring requirements from senior management, creating job descriptions, setting up recruitment workflow, completing post hiring documentation.
• Campus Hiring - Plan and execute campus recruitment strategies across colleges and universities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with campus placement cells, faculty, and students.
• Manage pre-placement talks, screening tests, interviews, and offer processes for campus hires.
• Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for effective tracking and reporting.
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• A Graduate in HR Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/MBA in HR preferred) with excellence in academics.
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with public speaking and campus engagement.
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring drives and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Data-driven with attention to detail for reporting and process management.
