To support our Team Performance Training Department we are looking for an

INTERN TEAM PERFORMANCE TRAINING (100%)

Duration: 6 months
Start: November 2026

In this stimulating internship, you are working on HQ Team Performance Training projects while being in close contact with our international platforms, giving a global dimension to this position. The role is allocated within the Global Commercial Team and reports directly to the Global Head of Team Performance and Digital Training.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

• Ad-hoc analysis of global commercial KPIs.
• Preparation and analysis of sales data for market coaching, market visits and executive management presentations.
• Creation and further development of existing coaching and training tools, content, roadmaps, tracking, feedback coordination, etc.
• Support with creation of digital training content via our internal app and presentation content related to product, service and performance.
• Support virtual studio operation and creation of studio presentations.
• Organization and coordination of large HQ-trainings (approx. 2-3 trainings per internship).
• Support for the Team Performance Training Team with additional needs in administration, budgeting, reporting, new project management etc.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

Your profile should combine both quantitative (e.g., analytical thinking, number crunching, etc.) and qualitative (e.g., creative ideas, design affinity, etc.) skills:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or similar.
• First experience in the field of Sales / Retail / Marketing / Finance / Consulting is a plus.
• Team player with strong analytical and project management skills.
• Independent, dedicated and highly motivated individual with a high affinity for our brand and strong enthusiasm for our products.
• Proactive and flexible mindset with a hands-on mentality.
• Very strong digital tool knowledge and at ease with different software solutions, especially Excel and PowerPoint (SAP knowledge is an asset).
• Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal communication) is a must and any other language is a plus.
