Intern (Temporary), Quality

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) activities, including customer follow-up, survey data collection, consolidation, and preparation of reports.
• Assist in quality data management, data analysis, and preparation of routine quality reports and presentations.
• Assist in quality system documentation, document control, revision tracking, and maintenance of quality records in support of ISO requirements.
• Support Customer Centricity initiatives and customer engagement programs through coordination, tracking, and administrative activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the Quality team, including data entry, meeting coordination, document preparation, and other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive with good communication skills
