**주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities)

• 금융 데이터 분석: 시장 데이터 가공, 패턴 분석 및 신규 트레이딩 아이디어 발굴
• 전략 백테스트 & 리스크 분석: 트레이딩 모델 검증, 성과 평가 및 리스크 요소 분석
• 매매 모니터링: 실행 중인 전략의 모니터링 및 결과 데이터 분석
• 내부 도구 개발: Python 기반 데이터 분석 및 모니터링 툴 자체 개발

**지원 자격 및 우대 사항

[필수 자격]

• 금융시장과 트레이딩에 대한 깊은 관심과 열정
• Python 을 활용한 데이터 가공 및 분석 역량
• 확률·통계 기초 개념 이해 및 논리적 사고 능력
• 자신의 가설을 논리적으로 설명하고 팀 피드백을 적극 수용하는 자세
• 리스크 기준을 준수하며 팀과 투명하게 소통하는 태도

[우대 사항]

• 금융 데이터 분석, 백테스트, 자동매매 시스템 구축 경험
• 주식·선물·옵션·ETF 등 금융상품에 대한 이해
• SQL, Git, REST API 활용 능력
• 수학·통계·컴퓨터공학 관련 프로젝트/연구 경험

** 근무 조건 및 처우

• 고용 형태: 채용연계형 인턴 (3개월)
• 인턴 종료 후 성과 및 협업 태도 종합 평가를 통해 정규직 전환 여부 결정
• 근무지: 서울 강남 오피스 (테헤란로)
• 근무 시간: 주 5일(월~금), 08:30 ~ 17:30
• 급여: 월 250만 원 (세전) / 식대 별도 지원

[Hiring] Join Raon GI as a Quantitative Data Analyst & Trading Intern!

Raon GI is a proprietary trading firm executing diverse trading strategies across global financial markets using our own capital. We are looking for an ambitious intern to join our team in Seoul and help turn data into actionable trading strategies!

** What You’ll Do

• Analyze Financial Data: Process market data, identify patterns, and discover new trading ideas.
• Backtest & Risk Evaluation: Validate trading models through backtesting and evaluate performance and risk factors.
• Execution & Monitoring: Monitor live strategy execution and analyze performance metrics.
• Build Internal Tools: Develop Python-based data processing, analytics, and monitoring tools.

** Who We Are Looking For

• Deep interest in financial markets, quantitative strategies, and trading.
• Solid hands-on experience using Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong foundational knowledge in probability and statistics with logical problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain your reasoning and adapt to feedback.
• High integrity in following team guidelines and risk management principles.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with backtesting frameworks, automated trading systems, or financial APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL, Git, and REST APIs.
• Background in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering is a plus (but not required).

** Position Details

• Role: Quantitative Trading & Data Analyst Intern (Full-time conversion opportunity upon evaluation)
• Duration: 3 Months
• Location: Gangnam, Seoul (On-site)
• Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30 – 17:30
• Compensation: KRW 2,500,000 / month (Gross) + Meal allowance provided separately
