Job highlights

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Management or related field with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
• Coordinate and execute Assessment Centers, analyze assessment data, design training content, maintain L&D records, liaise with vendors, and support learning interventions

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of Assessment Centers, including participant communication, scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
• Compile, organize, and analyze data related to assessmentscollating ratings, behavioral observations, and group analyses.
• Design and format engaging training content and presentations using tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
• Maintain accurate and updated data records, reports, and dashboards for ongoing L&D initiatives.
• Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery of assessments and training content.
• Support the team in conceptualizing and executing learning interventions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field).
• Good communication skills and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Basic understanding of HR/L&D processes preferred.
• Should have strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
