About the Role

We are looking for an Intern – Training Program Management to support our Training Operations team with day-to-day training program coordination and operational activities. This role is ideal for a fresher who is a good communicator, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Training Operations team with daily training program activities.
• Assist with training program coordination and scheduling.
• Follow up on training requirements and internal requests for timely closure.
• Coordinate with trainers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and training-related documentation accurately.
• Assist with training-related queries and escalate issues when required.
• Support the team in ensuring smooth execution of training programs.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets and other digital tools for daily activities.

Travel Requirement

• Willingness to travel to the North region for training program coordination and support whenever required.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Internship/project experience in training coordination, program management, administration, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
