Intern Warehouse & Inventory

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Warehouse & Inventory to assist our operation team with overseeing warehouse activities, ensuring efficient material handling, and supporting smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Assist in conducting regular stock counts (cycle counts, daily/weekly physical stock takes) and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of all inventory in accordance with safety and compliance standards.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports and dashboards.
• Monitor expiry dates, damaged stock, and slow-moving inventory to minimize wastage and improve turnover.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned and required by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be currently studying a Diploma/Advanced/ in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Material Management or similar.
• Self-motivated, pro-active and strong communication skills.
• Good team player and possess a good working attitude.
