Intern - Warehouse

About the role

The Warehouse Intern will support the daily operations of the Warehouse Department, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, stock counting, inventory recording, and general warehouse activities. The role provides hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and checking incoming goods against delivery documents.
• Assist in arranging and storing goods according to warehouse procedures.
• Support picking, packing, labeling, and preparation of goods for delivery.
• Assist with stock counting and physical inventory checks.
• Update inventory records and assist with data entry into the warehouse or ERP system.
• Help monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies.
• Assist with checking product quantities, item codes, and conditions.
• Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas.
• Assist with the preparation of delivery orders, goods received notes, and other warehouse documents.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and Logistics teams when required.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
