• Internal Accounting Control
• Assist plan and implement internal control activities in performing periodic checks on accounting transactions and financial processes.
• Check compliance with internal policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulations relating to Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
• Support the review of the assigned accounting processes.
• Report control deficiencies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Reporting and Data Analysis
• Prepare periodic internal control reports, working papers, and supporting schedules.
• Use Microsoft Excel to reconcile data, identify discrepancies, and analyze unusual transactions.
• Maintain organized records of control testing results and supporting evidence.
• Audit and Compliance Support (KSOX)
• Prepare documents and evidence for internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with other departments to obtain required supporting documents and information.
• Assist in updating internal control checklists, procedures, and documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in accounting, internal control, or auditing may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial documentation.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, integrity, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic English reading and writing skills;
