Internal Audit Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management on process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
• Develop and maintain audit plans, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in auditing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including factory operations.
• Proficiency in concurrent audit techniques and ability to identify risks effectively.
