Internal Audit Assistant Manager

To support the management and execution of internal audit activities in accordance with the annual audit plan, professional standards, and Club policies, as well as to provide strategic recommendations for improving internal control and risk management processes.

Support the development of a risk-based annual internal audit plan, plan and supervise assigned audit engagements, review operations to ensure compliance with Club policies, laws, regulations, and applicable standards, analyze audit results and prepare reports with practical improvement recommendations, follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation, coordinate with internal departments and the Audit Committee, support risk management and internal control effectiveness, promote internal audit standards and team capability development, and perform other duties as assigned by the Internal Audit Manager or senior management.

The ideal candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in internal or external auditing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, along with strong knowledge of auditing practices, internal control systems, and risk management, and good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
