About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Internal Audit professional to join Chikuro on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position within our organisation, based in West Bandung, West Java. As an Internal Audit professional, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our assets, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing valuable insights to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is fundamental to maintaining the integrity of our financial and operational processes across the organisation.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Fresh graduated open or Minimum of 1 year of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related accounting discipline
3. Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, audit methodologies, and risk assessment principles
4. Proficiency in audit tools and software, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating integrity and professional discretion
8. Knowledge of Indonesian regulatory requirements and accounting standards is advantageous
