About the role

PT BPR Danamas is seeking candidates with integrity, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities to join as Internal Audit. This position is responsible for conducting inspections, oversight, and ensuring that the company's operational activities run in accordance with SOPs, internal policies, and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and oversight of the company's operational activities, including field inspections.
• Review compliance with SOP implementation, internal policies, and company procedures.
• Identify, analyze, and document audit findings.
• Prepare audit reports accurately, systematically, and on time.
• Provide recommendations on audit findings and monitor follow-up corrective actions.
• Coordinate with relevant work units in the inspection process and follow-up of audit results.
• Support the implementation of internal oversight functions to improve the effectiveness and quality of company operations.

About you

• Minimum education D3/S1, all majors.
• Experience in Internal Audit, Audit, field inspection, or related fields is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Meticulous, honest, disciplined, responsible, and possess high integrity.
• Good communication and coordination capabilities.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Willing to perform work with high mobility and conduct field inspections.
• Own personal vehicle and active SIM C.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
