Internal Audit Data Analytics &amp; Innovation Manager
As an Internal Audit Data Analytics &amp; Innovation Manager, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of data analytics, automation, and AI across Internal Audit. Working at the intersection of technology, audit, and business, you will transform complex audit and risk challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance audit coverage, improve risk insights, and increase efficiency. You will collaborate closely with audit teams, business stakeholders, D&amp;IT experts, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions and embed on advanced analytics throughout the audit lifecycle.

In this role you will
Drive Audit Innovation &amp; AI Adoption
<ul>
<li>Drive the adoption of Data Analytics, AI, automation, and emerging technologies across Internal Audit.</li>
<li>Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance audit coverage, risk insights, quality, and efficiency through technology.</li>
<li>Develop and scale practical solutions, including AI-enabled audit assistants, intelligent analytics, automated testing, and workflow automation.</li>
<li>Challenge traditional audit approaches by introducing innovative technologies, including agentic AI, and implementing high-value solutions with appropriate governance and oversight.</li>
</ul>
Expand the Audit Analytics Portfolio
<ul>
<li>Partner with audit teams to translate business risks, controls, and audit objectives into effective data, analytics, and technology solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with business, D&amp;IT, and delivery partners to ensure reliable data access, govern solution quality, and maintain the Internal Audit Analytics Catalog.</li>
<li>Develop reusable analytics and conduct enterprise-wide analyses to identify emerging risks, control gaps, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Design and deliver end-to-end analytics capabilities, including data pipelines, dashboards, automated testing, and AI-enabled tools.</li>
</ul>
Enable Data-Drive Audit Delivery
<ul>
<li>Deliver advanced audit analytics, including population testing, anomaly detection, trend analysis, and other data-driven assurance procedures.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted subject-matter expert and coach auditors in the effective use of analytics, automation, and AI solutions</li>
<li>Help auditors interpret analytics results and translate them into actionable audit insights and recommendations</li>
<li>Develop dashboards, risk indicators, and continuous auditing solutions that enhance audit insights and decision-making.</li>
</ul>
Strengthen Foundations &amp; Continuous Improvement
<ul>
<li>Apply engineering best practices and continuously enhance solutions based on user feedback, performance, and evolving business needs.</li>
<li>Maintain and govern analytics assets and documentation to ensure long-term sustainability and supportability.</li>
<li>Document data sources, transformation logic, assumptions, validation procedures, and known limitations.</li>
</ul>

Requirements
Background &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>University degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li>
<li>7-10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Technology Consulting, Risk Management, Audit, or technology-enabled assurance</li>
<li>Proven experience delivering end-to-end analytics solutions in a business environment</li>
<li>Strong hands-on expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, and modern data platforms such as Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, or Microsoft Fabric</li>
<li>Experience building data pipelines, analytical models, dashboards, automation solutions, and business-facing reporting in Power BI</li>
<li>Knowledge of Apache Spark, enterprise integrations, REST APIs, SDKs, and software delivery practices including testing, version control, and CI/CD</li>
<li>Experience working with SAP data structures, particularly SAP S/4HANA; exposure to Microsoft Purview or other data governance tools is an advantage</li>
<li>Familiarity with agentic AI, AI orchestration, copilots, or intelligent workflow automation is highly desirable</li>
<li>Ability to translate audit, risk, and business requirements into practical technical solutions and lead delivery across stakeholders</li>
</ul>
