INTERNAL AUDIT EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose Holds responsibility for reviewing the company’s financial reporting systems and policies, ensuring that financial reports are accurate, complete, and in accordance with local, national, and federal audit requirements and standards.

Duties And Responsibilities Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

• Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
• Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

• Develops risk-based audit programs to achieve control objectives
• Executes audit engagements based on the approved audit plan by reviewing the adequacy of operational and financial internal controls
• Identifies control weaknesses in business processes, including bottlenecks, redundant processes, and workflow inconsistencies, and explores appropriate alternatives for improvement
• Documents audit work in audit working papers and ensures that documentation is adequate to support the audit reviews
• Prepares lists of audit findings along with supporting audit evidence and appropriate remedies
• Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent education required
• Finalists pursuing ACCA or relevant accounting qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in internal/external auditing with a public listed company or public accounting firm
• Strong inquisitive mindset and logical thinking abilities
• Effective communication skills at various organizational levels
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
• English Language proficiency and Mandarin Language proficiency is a plus

Working conditions This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
