Qualification & Experience

• B.Com: 2–3 years of experience
• M.Com: 1–2 years of experience
• CA Intermediate: 0–2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Vouching & Pre-Audit: Verify accounting entries, invoices, supporting documents and approvals; review transactions before processing.
• Functional Audit: Review business processes, assess internal controls, identify gaps and suggest improvement areas.
• Payment Audit: Check vendor bills, payment terms and authorisations; identify duplicate or unsupported payments.
• TDS & GST Reconciliation: Reconcile ledgers with returns and supporting records; review tax deductions, credits and discrepancies.
• Audit Reporting & Follow-up: Prepare working papers, document audit findings and follow up on agreed corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Good attention to detail
• Clear communication skills
• Disciplined follow-up and ownership of assigned work
