Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits across designated business areas.
• Independently evaluate records, systems, processes, and business operations.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
• Assess the effectiveness of existing internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Prepare audit reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Follow up on audit findings and recommendations to support improvements in internal controls and processes.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of records.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives and support other related assignments as required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience in external audit or internal audit will be an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CIA or CISA are desirable.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good report-writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel for regional audit engagements.
