INTERNAL AUDIT HEAD

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and developing internal auditing processes.
• Supervising and conducting independent audits.
• Preparing analysis for departments.
• Conducting investigations on non compliance to established processes and procedures, fraud and irregularities or errors in systems and procedures
• Developing references and reports centered on audits and offering these concepts to the management.
• Ascertaining business process threats.

Qualifications desired:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or any business degree. CPA / CIA is an advantage
• Above average quantitative skills to look logically at accounting, financial reports and other data that comes your way.
• Above average communication skills.
• With leadership traits and integrity
• Details and result oriented
• Can do field work; driving skills an advantage
• Previous audit work experience is a MUST, managerial skills preferred
• Preferred an "impact player" a trouble shooter, can provide options and solutions.
• With FMCG Auditing experience is an advantage.
