About the Role As an Internal Audit Intern, you will work closely with our Internal Audit team to participate in business process review, and identify improvement opportunities across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real exposure to corporate audit practices in a global manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing internal audit project across business functions, with a focus on manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes
• Participate in process walkthroughs and risk identification
• Prepare audit working papers, documentation, and data analysis to support findings
• Follow up on the implementation of corrective action plans
• Perform ad hoc research and analysis as required Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field
• Available to work 3–4 days per week
• Able to commit to at least 3 months; longer-term availability is preferred
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and internal control concepts
• Good command of written and spoken English (working language in a global team)
• Familiarity with AI-powered data analysis tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI features) to enhance audit efficiency
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• A team player with strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn Nice to Have
• Prior internship experience in audit, accounting, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with Finance or Office Automation systems (UFIDA, Kingdee, QAD, OA, etc.) and manufacturing workflows
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, ACL, or Python) What We Offer
